Mission 
     First Savings Bank of Perkasie is committed to providing a safe, on-going institution for the residents and businesses of Central and Upper Bucks. This will be accomplished through a commitment to customer service by listening and responding to individual needs, providing the needed services in an expanding financial market and changing economy, and through a long standing tradition of community service.
 

Services 

     First Savings recognizes that change is a part of a growing society. As these changes occur, First Savings seeks to expand and provide financial services that meet the needs of our communities. This is indicated by the advent of ATM and debit cards, telephone banking, commercial lending, discount brokerage service and ACH origination combined with traditional services such as mortgages, EaglePlus accounts, certificates of deposit and club accounts. Along with these traditional services, First Savings now offers insurance for personal and commercial purposes through its subsidiary First Savings Insurance, Inc., and the availability of investment products through its subsidiary, First Savings Investment Group, Inc.

Customer Service 
     All the products being offered by First Savings are nothing unless caring customer service is present. The belief that people want individual attention from people they know and trust, especially with financial services, is the primary objective of First Savings. From management to the line personnel, the staff has demonstrated its commitment to providing friendly, personalized service. We have established a reputation for taking the time with people to aid and assist them. People want a sense of knowing and feeling known when seeking financial services. It is this sense of trust that is the paramount difference between the community institution and others. It is the retention of this “sense” that sets First Savings apart.

Community Commitment
     The belief about service and commitment to it reaches beyond the office and public hours. Staff members are voluntarily involved in community service
through churches, fire companies, Little League, Lions, Rotary, Jaycees, Kiwanis and political involvement. This involvement is more than just what is good for business, but is the unselfish commitment of people who want to see the success of the communities where they live and work. In addition, staff members belong to, support, and attend most of the industries’ trade organizations and seek continuing education through various resources so that they can enhance their ability to assist and benefit the customers and their communities.

Tradition
    
Ever since 1922, First Savings has been here for the benefit of grandparents, parents, and now their children. The benefits realized by the past generation have also been accrued for the present and future generations. People have seen and see the success and benefits of a mutual concept and how it can work for all at First Savings. This has led to a high level of customer confidence.
     Customers point to First Savings as their financial institution - something they are a part of and have helped build and develop. The mutual concept of people helping people is personified in their feelings and actions. The sense that “I am not just a number, but a member” is evident by their support and pride.
     It is these strengths -- community service, customer service, and customer loyalty -- that are at the root of all other strengths. Without these as a foundation, the goals and purposes of First Savings would have no meaning.
