serve as full executor, administrator or agent for individual executor
or administrator to settle an estate. We can serve with any
co-fiduciary/trustee in executor capacity as well.

and obligations and collecting and safeguarding all estate assets.

transfers of estate holdings.

accounting and appraising for all estate tax purposes of all
property/assets, retirement benefits and any other assets of the
deceased.

and federal income, inheritance and gift tax calculation, reporting
and filing.

and final Pennsylvania accounting.

Safekeeping of all final distributions, securities and assets.

Prompt
distribution of estate to beneficiaries.
Remember, that as a corporate executor we
are not subject to death or incapacity, and maximization of income and
safety in management will be stressed.
If any
special services would be required in estate settlement, appropriate
additional fees may be charged. Any management, liquidations or sales of
business interest, taxes, litigation, foreign assets or beneficiaries,
and any unusual service involving real estate will be charged additional
fees.
