protect your information from unauthorized online access, we require the
use of 128-bit encryption in our internet banking environment. Below you
will find instructions for verifying the encryption level supported by
your web browser and links to updates that you may need to enable online
access to your accounts. |

Microsoft Internet Explorer Users

Go to the help menu and select "about."
A small window will appear that provides product information about
Internet Explorer.

If the Cipher Strength is 128 bit, you
are ready to begin banking.

If the Cipher Strength is 40 bit, you
will need to download the security update available at
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search.asp?

Netscape Navigator/Communicator Users
|

Go to the help menu and select software
updates. This will take you to the Netscape web site.

Click on "Your Installed Software." A
yellow bar will appear near the center of the window, which lists
the encryption level of your browser.

If needed, you can download a new
browser at:
http://browser.netscape.com/ns8/ It will be
necessary to check off the "Download Strong Encryption if Eligible"
box.

Users

If you are using Internet Explorer in
conjunction with AOL, follow the instructions above.

If you are using the AOL browser enter
Keyword "128 Browser" to download the necessary security
enhancements.

WebTV
Users
|

Because of the automatic updates that
WebTV users receive, you should be supporting 128-bit encryption
strength already.

Press the "info" button on your
keyboard. A new window will appear on your screen.

Select the "View Security Details" icon.
This will show your encryption strength.
